Our Company
Aristocrat Contracting was founded by Florida native, Andy Guerra. He started his construction career as a plumber in Cape Coral. He then moved into the building industry as a framer working on everything from a single family homes to 6 story commercial buildings. Having a desire to learn more, he went to work for Centex homes as a superintendent where he oversaw home construction from foundation to finish. Wanting to get a feel for working with home buyers, he then earned his real estate license and started selling homes Lee and Charlotte Counties. From there he went back to plumbing and construction and later started Aristocrat Contracting.
Andy's 25 years of experience in the Florida construction industry and a proven track record, puts Aristocrat Contracting a step above the rest.
